I am a techno-functional Knowledge Manager with over a decade and a half of experience in various industries.

I enjoy working on solutions for complex problems, particularly in knowledge and content management. I have established knowledge management practices in multiple organisations.

My track record includes:

• Setting up knowledge management practices across diverse organisations, including content governance models.
• Leading dynamic teams of knowledge managers and content integrators globally.
• Utilizing SharePoint and Power Platform to craft innovative solutions for intricate challenges.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure engaging user experiences and streamlined workflows.

In early 2024, I made a strategic shift to setting up governance models for Power Platform. Currently, I am leveraging my expertise as a product manager for Power Platform at a Canadian bank, a role that allows me to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and their practical applications.
